Extra weight affects your whole health
Obesity raises the risk of many long-term problems. We check for them together.
How we help you lose weight
Four parts of one plan, all online and free.
Doctor-led medical weight management & consultation
A registered doctor looks at your weight, waist, medicines and health problems, and builds a plan that is safe for you.
- Full medical review and BMI / waist check
- Tests only when they change the plan
- Medicines for weight only when suitable, with follow-up
Lifestyle disease reversal (diabetes, BP & metabolic control)
Losing even 5–10% of body weight can improve sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol. In some people with early type 2 diabetes it can even bring sugar back to the normal range.
- Diabetes, prediabetes and BP control
- Cholesterol and fatty liver
- Medicine review as your numbers improve
Sustainable nutrition & practical diet planning
No crash diets. A plan built on the Indian home food you already eat, with portions, timing and simple swaps that you can follow for years.
- Diet plan for vegetarian and non-vegetarian homes
- Portion and meal-timing guidance
- Activity goals that fit your routine
Gut health & hormonal balance / PCOS care
Hormones and digestion affect weight. We check for thyroid problems and PCOS, and look at sleep, stress and gut symptoms like bloating or constipation.
- PCOS: periods, weight and insulin resistance
- Thyroid check
- Sleep, stress and digestion advice
A step-by-step plan, not a crash diet

Obesity care FAQ
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. There is no consultation fee. Tests and medicines, if advised, are bought separately.
What is a healthy BMI for Indians?
For Indian adults, a BMI of 18.5 to 22.9 is normal, 23 to 24.9 is overweight and 25 or above is obesity. A waist above 90 cm in men or 80 cm in women also means higher risk, even when the BMI looks normal.
Will I get a diet chart?
Yes. The doctor gives a practical plan based on your usual Indian meals, routine and health problems, and adjusts it at follow-up.
Do you prescribe weight-loss medicines or injections?
Only when the doctor finds them suitable after tests, with close follow-up for side effects. Some treatments need a specialist, and the doctor will refer you when that is the right choice.
Can children and teenagers join?
Yes, with a parent. Children need growth-based assessment, so book through the form with the parent's details and the child's age.
