2. Feeling down, depressed or hopeless
3. Feeling nervous, anxious or on edge

Questions

Mental health FAQ

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no fee for the mental health consultation. If the doctor prescribes a medicine or a test, you buy it separately.

Who will I talk to?

A registered doctor (MBBS) from NexVok. The doctor is not a psychiatrist or psychologist. If you need specialist care, the doctor will tell you and suggest where to go.

Will I get medicines?

Only if the doctor finds them suitable. The doctor can start standard first-line medicines and gives a digital prescription. Sleeping pills and habit-forming medicines are not prescribed online. For severe or complex problems you are referred to a psychiatrist.

Will anyone else know?

No. What you share is seen only by the clinic's doctor and staff and is kept private. Read our Privacy Policy.

What if I feel unsafe or think about ending my life?

Please get help now: call Tele-MANAS 14416 (free, 24×7) or 112, or go to the nearest hospital emergency. Do not wait for an online appointment.
